| U18 United Girls Bring Home the Gold |

With six 92 born players, three 93’s and eight 94’s, the United team had to apply for special dispensation to enter U18 because we did not have “the required amount of 92 born players”. Upon VYSA's approval, the coaching staff decided to enter the team into U18 Gold 2, and while many thought this would be too high of a level for an underage team, the girls were determined to prove they belong. And that is what the girls did.....they finished the season undefeated and placed first in U18 Gold 2 with a record of 8 wins, 0 losses and 4 draws. With 10 of the 17 girls returning next season, the United team hopefully will once again compete for the U18 gold crown.  |
