This evening will be for giving updates for the season, giving information about deadlines and taks to be completed.
Equipment and uniforms will also be available for pickup that eventing.
Each team should ensure that at least one official attends this important session.

- Review coaches and managers code of conduct, who in turn are responsible for the conduct of the players and the spectators
- Equipment and Uniform distribution procedures
- Game Equipment Storage at various boxes
- Procedure for key(s) distrubution for lights and various equipment boxes
- Player and Coahes Development
- Practice Fields (booking practice times)
- Gym practice time bookings
- Club and Team Sponsorships and Fundraising procedures
- Tournament participation procedures
- Photo Day and Jamboreee update

Description
Kensington Community Centre and Park is located at Knight and 33rd Avenue although the entrance and parking is located on Dumfries Street.
The main meeting room is upstairs past the receptionist desk.
